Military helicopter crash blamed on failure to apply software patch. All 10 Australian Defence Force personnel aboard the helicopter were accounted for with two experiencing quote minor injuries. Quoting unnamed Army personnel who reported that the patch preventing hot starts had been available for years but had not been applied to all of the army's type hands.
