Introduction

Claw to is a lesser tow deformity characterized by m t p hyper extension and resulting p ip and d ip flexion. Diagnosis is made clinically with the presence of m t phyper extension, p ip flexion and d ipflexion of or toe. Treatment is a trial of non operative management with shoe modification in taping. Surgical management is indicated for progressive deformity, fixed contractors and dorsal toe alcerations.
