This idea that we're moving in this direction where individuals are going to be selling themselves individually as sole proprietors and doing work, whether they like it or not. Right now I'm working on a contract in a large insurance company. If I want to work half a day today because I've got meetings on something else,. I can do that within reason as long as I'm delivering my work. So I think this idea of contractors maybe is the way things are going for better, for worse.
