One of the most striking things was just their culture, the way they treated their employees. The team that you're purchasing has a significant impact on whatever the future is you're expecting. So i think obviously you have to have solid processes and place solid compensation structures be able to reward your people. But it's also those other parts that I think a lot of analytical people like me forget, the h human aspect.
