Judge took away juror's ability to zoome in on some of the vidios. Others, he allowed it. Judge is admittedly not very proficient with technology. Defence lawyers are taking advantage of that. They somehow manage to convince him that the pinched zom technology that we use on a daily basis somehow distorts the video. By keeping out the ability of zum in the video, that could be the difference between a conviction and a hung jury or even an acquittal.
