Pence's Talks With Trump Aren't Fair Game for a Grand Jury
Former Vice President Mike Pence is getting a Smackdown internally from his own former very respected advisor on the way that he's trying to basically duck telling the truth about the January 6th probe. Now, you may recall Michael Ludic, pretty prominent conservative judge, former judge. He advised Pence there's no legal authority to stage a coup or seal the election. Ludic says Pence's conversations with Trump are, quote, entirely fair game for a grand jury investigating possible crimes against the US.
