Around the 630s we see the consolidation of the Kazar Turkish nomadic people in this sort of western Central Asian area. This is where the Cazarian Empire really takes on a you know the use of money lending trading of goods. Islam was able to enter through the caucus region and essentially swarm Europe they would be able to attack Europe both from Eastern Europe and from the South. It was only for the Cazars these Turkish nomadic peoples who eventually adopt Judaism.
