Is It a New Phenomenon?
Is there always been fear of the crowd? Or is this something that now is being exasperated by social media? And kind of mob mentality. Yes, i don't think it anything new. There's nothing new under the sun. Human beings are the same as we've been for thousands of years. We just have more stuff. The technology has evolved and improved. We're the same human beings. Is something i often hammer home, and which i think it's important for people to realize. You know, there's something c s lewis called chronological snobbery,. People in any era think that they're so much better and smarter and wiser and more evolved than their ancestors.
