Microsoft has a really great graphic where they go through and talk about the various different types of people that are affected by whether or not our stuff is accessible. You know, it depends on the hardware and there's only sort of a standard set of things you can do with screen readers. And just no substitute for once in a while using captions or using any of those things to see how well they work and don't work.
