The Importance of Having a Good Design

I see a lot of people try and focus on buying the biggest property that they can. I want to pull that back a little bit more because you get the discounts are good. And again, this is going to be market dependent. You got to do your research to figure out what's the ideal property size. If you get a bigger property, but you don't design it effectively, you're not going to perform.
