With the price of gas going so high at risks hitting the space station, they've said that households could face planned three-hour blackouts. The urging households to conserve energy in peak times use it instead off-peak in return for money off their bills. But who of us can contemplate the lights going out when thanks to the cost of living, everything seems pretty dark already?
