Getting Up 30 Minutes Before the Kids
Camilla: I have one that came out of a coaching session and I call it start with clean. The idea here is really simple. That I brush my teeth, wash my face and put on deodorant. But if I start with those three things in the bathroom, the natural next step is for me to get dressed. It's just not even a question at that point because it feels kind of wrong to still be in my pajamas when I'm all clean and ready for the day. And activation ritual, I liken this to kind of parking the car on a downhill to set yourself up.
