Let There Be Light

When God says, let there be light, he shows us that apart from him and his word, there's only darkness. Our hearts are darkened, they've been darkened by the God of the world and been darkened by our own sin. When God speaks, his word creates what it says. His words are not like our words, his words actually do what they say, they create things. So if God says,let there be light,. there is light. This just blows me away because what Paul has done is he's taken the very first words that God spoke and he has read out of those, the revelation of God in Jesus Christ.
