The American Constitution: Should We Focus on Chinese Americans in Our Military?

Two Chinese sailors selling our secrets to the Chinese, Chinese Americans. They have family in China. People are writing me saying, look, they hold their families at stake. I think what we need to be doing is looking very broadly at who has access to what. We should be using our counter intelligence capability to track the Chinese.
