Context: Spirit-to-Spirit Communication Theme

The Gathering of Israel occurs on both sides of the veil. The Lord promised in the early beginnings of this last dispensation to His co laborers in the vineyard, "And whoso receiveth you, there I will be also, for I will go before your face. I will be on your right hand and on your left, and my Spirit shall be in your hearts, and mine angels round about you, to bear you up" (D&C 84:88). That promise is being fulfilled in the lives of missionaries serving all over the world. Angels continuously watch over and protect this mighty army of the Lord's servants in many different ways, most often through ancestors. These miraculous occurrences whether seen or unseen have always been a part of the ministry. The stories related in this episode are just a few of the testimonies that are evidence that the Lord's watchful eye and protective hand move upon this work on both sides of the veil.
