The most important roadblocks is that there are three things that companies have self-imposed constraints that get in the way of successful digital transformation. Most companies reward their employees for stable running of operations and incremental change, improvement, not for disruption. You really have to reimagine the people, the strategy as well as the reward systems in the company.
