The histue immigration to america is one of ebbs and flows. There has been periods of very large scale emigration, as s a very little tinet negative emigrations. Restrainting our social services or health cure services, our police departments, and all that is making life a lot more difficult for everybody who's living here. It really disproportionally impacts the members of the existing national community who are the most recent entrance. And so it is very harmful to both first generation immigrants as well as the hispanic American community in general,. As well as the africanameran community in general.
