I know many of my audience are going to be familiar with you, but born 1936, Philadelphia. Back then, if you called somebody poor, that was an insult because we didn't think of ourselves as poor people. And matter of fact, the values at that time were much different from the values today. We did not have the welfare mentality. But some of the pathology that you see today was completely absent in the 30s and 40s when I was growing up.
