How to Diagnose a Bradycardia in an RNG SRO Mo
A deceleration is defined as a drop in the fetal heart rate of at least 15 beats per minute for at least 15 seconds. These are common in labor associated with contractions and can become a bradycardia if they last more than five minutes. As an RNG SRO Mo, interpreting CTGs is something that you need to start learning as soon as you start your RNG term.
