This is the 30 fifth anniversary of m t c ar here in 20 22. It's a relatively informal mechanism among co operating states, and has grown considerably from seven to 35 members over the past 35 years. In 19 82, i issued an executive order that had to do with nuclear capable missile technology transfer policy. And it became us policy to hinder the proliferation of foreign missiles capable of delivering nuclear weapons.
