Are You Frustrated We Need Help Out Here?

Ryan: Are you frustrated that you haven't seen any city officials or anyone here from the city today to help out especially after what happened to you guys yesterday yes i am frustrated because looking at the news and everything i think my my neighborhood exactly has got it worse than any other neighborhood. power companies are in the area trying to restore power to other neighbors but as you can see it's gonna be a long time before these folks can dry out ryan, we'll have to keep watching this neighborhood to see what happens next.
