The Misogyny of the Chinese Internet
I think the problems or one of the reasons that some people, including like this professor, Sean, were angry was it was women. And right now, I mean, there's still a lot of, especially from some of the more narrow-minded, jingoistic types in Chinese academic circles. It seemed like a nasty combination of anti-American sentiment and also just sort of misogyny. Does sound like an echo of what we've heard in the US the last three or four months.
