Is It Crucial for Your Sales Presentations?

If there are important sales presentations that are scheduled, call a meeting and have the sales team together. And we will present that in front of the group, and we will coach it. Everybody in the room coaches it. I think you should know your material well enough that you don't have to read it off the screen. The problem, one of the biggest problems, is that power point presentations have too many words because they're being used as a crutch by the presentor. If you can get it down to just a few key words or a few questions on a screen, and then speak to it directly, what that does is it shows that you're in command of your material.
