The All Star, All Sprout Salad
I was growing sunflowers, peas, radishes and buckwheat. And so I would do one little tray of each and what that did was it gave me a really nice toss salad,. the mixed greens. Different flavors and different textures. So you can see in there and it's really, really kind of neat. You see the purple in there? Yes. That's actually a radish, a type of radish called Hongdit. Hold on. The green is all sprouts! It's an alfalfa sprout salad. Yeah. Well, with my boys, you know, I tried just one thing at a time, but they weren't really happy,
