The Different Environments for Currency Trading
There might be some situations that are a little less strident than than others. Wisconsin comes to mind as a state that seems to have extremely stringent restrictions on mutual funds and things like that. Different environments are definitely needed to be explored because how you run a business is all going to be about what you're allowed to do. If your clients and regulation don't let you buy orange juice futures then you can't buy orange that's it can't be part of your portfolio so that does affect your returns.
