I Think the NHS Is Still Dealing With This Massive Legacy of the Pandemic
There's no question, as ministers often say, that that sort of iron link between contracting covid and arising hospital admissions and deaths has definitely been broken. But i think the n h s is still dealing with this massive legacy of the pandemic coming on top of a system that was already very fragile when we entered the pandemic.
