The Security Service of Ukraine says it has detained a woman accused of helping Russia plot an attack on President Volodymyr Zelenskyy during a visit to a flood-hit region. Threats of severe weather from dangerous heat in the south to thunderstorms and possible tornado stretching from the great Lakes to the east coast. Storms have already created havoc for air travelers with 6,000 flights delayed and more than 1300 canceled.
