End the Cycle of Violence
In the book of second samuel, abner calls on assahel to stop fighting. He says: 'Stop chasing after me, or i'll have to strike you down' The story doesn't end with chapter two; it continues in violence begetting violence. But at some point jesus reveals is he takes violence upon himself and suffers for the sake of the unrighteous. Forgiveness is one of the hardest teachings of christianity.
