Cultured Oil - Is There a Move to Replace Saturated Fats?

Cultured oil is made by fermentation. Fermentation is the process where a community of microorgan ms, or cultures as they're called, transform the sugars found in certain plants or animal products. And turns out there are also cultures that produce oil. We call them oil cultures. So they don't uce lactic acid, they don't produce ethenal or alcohol, but they produce healthy fats.
