Coalition is working on a training specifically for em coaches that work with imigrant refugee and newcomer youth. They are often the most excluded because of transportation and cost barriers, but also cultural and linguistic barriers. And if we start punishing them for not being able to do the things that we think are just the norm, when actually they should never be the norm in the first place, we can't make kids feel safe.
