Putin's Silence on Ukraine's War Aims

Putin seems like he's not giving away any part of the game whatsoever. It does definitely give him room to maneuver politically, which he has plenty of anyway. Washington is trying to set this expectation that actually Ukraine's Western partners and allies are operating on a different timeline. They have domestic pressures that Biden administration is not going to be around forever.
