The Impact of Volunteers in the Civic Garden Center

On a typical volunteer day, there's probably somewhere between anywhere from like 15 to I think upwards of we've had like 30 something. The consistency of having monthly workdays that are predictable has really drastically changed the scope of what we can ask volunteers to do. Once you have a little bit of knowledge built up in those volunteers, we're not spending the whole workday teaching people just what honey suckle is and why it's so evil. We're really being able to send people out and say, 'Let's get to work'
