The President's Predictions for the Border Security Deal

We're for legal immigration. It's totally different conversation. But by the way, right, I will blame both parties for this over the many years in Congress. So if Congress has not done anything, the Republicans have tried and failed a couple of times. The Democrats haven't even tried. And so we have to win the White House in 24. We just have to win it. We have to take the Senate back. And we've got to do this. A border security is part of comprehensive, but it's got to be first. You can't have comprehensive without this. How have you allowed this to happen?
