In the fall of 2014, we worked on it consistently full-time for about seven, eight months. We actually produced a short documentary in New York Times Op-Doc that focused on the life of Clark Olson. He was one of the men who was with Jim Reeb the night that they were attacked and Reeb was killed. The focus of really Clark's memory of that night involves the way in which the death of Jim Reeb, white men who came from the north to the south, was treated differently nationally and politically than the death of Jimmy Lee Jackson,.
