He doesn't seem to be really having any influence on this, although Marjorie Taylor Greene said that he does still have sway. Is this what it looks like if McCarthy does actually become House Speaker? I mean, how is he going to negotiate with his conference when it comes to a government shutdown and avoiding that?"
