What Did President Obama Learn From the Redistricting Process?

I was very unhappy with the results down in South Texas, the Rio Grande River. I really thought that all three of those incredible Hispanic Latina candidates will win. We did get Monica Delacruz Hernandez in there. But we just got to keep chipping away at it. And hopefully we can put those districts down there in South Texas. So I want you to hear with the president said about what he's what he learned from and what he plans on doing different.
