The Cognitive Compromise of Biden

Donald Trump has a record to run on nationally. Biden insiders are worried because the guy is clearly cognitively compromised. If Biden runs, he's not going to be able to finish his four years. The left wants to engage in asymmetric violence in the streets. They need people scared and conservative groups like Tea Party people afraid to go out to Chicago and New York and LA where the population centers are. That big problem is called Kamala Harris.
