The idea that presidents always pick the most qualified person, i it sort of ludicrous. Earl warren was no jurist. How long was abe fortis on the court? You know, before before he was bounced over ethics charges. For sure, i have no problem with bite, in putting a black woman on the court. In fact, i could make the case that it's overdue and that we should have a black woman n those arguments are not, ah, you know, entirely spurious to me.
