Brentford's David Rayer Is a Great Goalkeeper
David Rayer has a year left on his contract at Brentford. He apparently doesn't want to sign a new one, which is becoming an issue. Our title was interested in him a couple of years ago and that interest has been peaked as there's an opportunity there. Part of me is like, well, we do need better backup because an injury to Aaron Ramsdale is catastrophic. But David Ray is so good that I think you're then going to get one of those situations where you've got two goalkeepers who are equally good. That might get some sort of friction there that might be difficult for squad fans.
