The ECB has done nothing for 25 years to do anything about the decline in young black players at recreational and professional level. I think most people when we knew this report was coming thought it was going to be solely about racism. But they make a big point of saying cricket isn't a game for everyone. That's that's very much a pointed statement because the ECB's corporate plan is titled, you know, cricket's a game foreveryone. It feels like this is a discussion that's that's finally really found its time.
