63 house republicans voted against this symbolic resolution back in nato. That is more than one third of the allf the republicans in the house of representatives. So it's not a rump opinion. It is, admittedly a minority opinion, but is a significant minority. And i think you are right to mention formr president trump. In that respect, those members who voted against that prunatal resolution are pretty clearly taking their cues from trump and the attitudes that he despised.
