How to Be a Trend Follower
The best trend followers are the ones that have made peace with themselves. You don't really fix your emotions by having a system, you just move them upstream. In trading, we hardly ever talk about actual trading, what the markets are doing. What we're working with is the emotional reaction to volatility or emotional reaction to loss and all these other issues. If you go to extreme in these cases, you're counterproductive, self-destructive.
