The Johnson Family's Suspicious Investigation of Kendrick's Death
In January 2013, Lowndes County declared Kendrick's death accidental. After the Johnson family rallied their army, Kendrick's body was exhumed and another autopsy was performed in June. In October, a judge ordered the release of the school's surveillance footage on the day Kendrick went missing. On October 31, the U.S. attorney and the FBI became involved in the case.
