The Yama Zay were minority and they were bundled into in with the sub-Saharan people to be different nations. The Tuareg have no laws, the identity, they speak the language and everything. This is strong still going on. A lot of their culture still exists and it was never really under threat from the Averian government. Now if you go to Mauritania, that's a different story because the Mauritani is over, they call themselves Arabs. Even though they do have to do tests, they find out that they probably have very little or no Arabs inside them. And that reason for that is because these countries, Libya, Morocco, Mauritania, Tunisia, Algeria
