What Was It That Made You Want to Sign With the Cubs?

I just have some history with the Cubs even going back to high school the scout that signed me after the draft was Billy Swope. I talked to Justin Stone the hitting director a bunch leading up to the draft and throughout that process so it kind of felt like I already knew some people in the organization. So now going into the twenty twenty three season obviously the roster looks different now than it did even at the end you know early on October when the season ended. What are you hoping to accomplish between now and the beginning of the regular season what are kind of your goals for the first two weeks of the season? "My goal is pretty much have a good game every day," he said.
