Is Defunding the Police a Good Idea?
There's a virtually 100 % correlation between the difference between the black and the white crime rates nationally and the difference at which blacks and whites are shot by police. Blacks make up two point one to two point four times as many of the police shooting victims, as you would think based on the 12 percent figure. But that's exactly the crime rate differential.
