The interviews in Jack Swagger's many market wizard books is a really good place to start as are your books. One can begin to get a sense that that one gets to mastery through doing something and engaging with it, questioning it and and learning as much as they can about it. This is where people who want to go into trading just to make money an understandable meaning choice but not one that's going to take you the distance I don't think.
