The Paradox of Inertia
I advocate inertia at one level and experimentation at another. I'm almost advocating for inertia at the foundational level. But then when it comes to layering on those features, I'm kind of saying, and that's where you should go nuts and try the latest browser features. So there's a bit of a contradiction in what I'm saying. It doesn't feel like these things are sort of mutually exclusive. We want to experiment and use that latest and greatest technology without sacrificing the core.
