"I've read thousands of Germans and Prussian commanders and tents from the war of 1866 through World War II and they always said, OK, here's your limitations. I'm giving you free will to achieve this, but I can't give you everything," he says. 'We teach mission command using the hoodle loop, but we don't do it through lecture' He adds: You have to understand that before you go to mission command, you have to learn how to teach it.
