Are the Top Secret Boxes Really Top Secret?

Do you think it's possible that when they were packing, the only boxes they had are the ones that said top secret? Is it possible that they were just boxes because they weren't stored in a top secret facility? Right? If you had a box that sad top secret, would you store it inor in your closet. I don't think you would. So i'm just making the sort of t common sense argument. But the legal argument would be different, of course. And then the other question is, who looked at these documents with enough of scrutiny to know that they should have been top secret? Has that been done? Did the agents look at the top of the box and
